We're now ready to start coordinating with volunteers for the convention. RCW 139 is for fans of Due South, by fans of Due South. Volunteers are needed in two main areas: general convention duties (examples: assembling attendee packages, manning the registration desk, coordinating with hotel staff, room decoration, photography/ video taping) and creating/running events. While the organizing team will ensure all logistical aspects are taken care of, and will run some events, we're mostly dependent upon you when it comes to activities.

 Do you have an idea for an event? Do you want to run a game, discussion panel, or have an amazing, completely different idea? And if nothing comes to mind, but you would like to take care of an event, we have some ideas for you. Volunteers are key to RCW 139, therefore please get in touch and let us know how you're able to help. If you've already indicated your intention to volunteer, we have your name down, although it doesn't hurt to send it again for confirmation.
